Terms of Use

ARDENT is a motivation and habit-tracking tool. It offers daily challenges and measures consistency.

ARDENT is not a medical device, not a health service, and not psychological support. It diagnoses nothing, treats nothing, and replaces no professional. If you are going through a hard time, talk to a doctor or someone close to you.

The ninety-day projection shown after the diagnostic is a projection of habits if you keep the pace, not a promise of results.

The challenges are ordinary actions — moving, sleeping, tidying, calling someone, going without something. You remain the only judge of what your health allows, and you are free to skip any challenge.

Never attempt a physical challenge that feels beyond you. No challenge is mandatory.

The first three days are free and give access to every feature, with no card required at install.

After that, access requires a subscription. It is collected by Apple, renews AUTOMATICALLY at the end of each period, and can be cancelled at any time from your iPhone settings — at the latest twenty-four hours before the end of the current period, otherwise the next period is due.

Prices are shown in the app before any purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms; we have no access to them.

Your account is anonymous and tied to your device until you attach an email address to it. If you delete the app without having attached one, your progress cannot be recovered.

You can delete your account and all your data from inside the app, at any time.

Circumventing the progression mechanics — changing the device clock, intercepting exchanges with the server, automating completions. Progression is arbitrated server side; any attempt is simply ignored, and repeated abuse may lead to account closure.

Reusing the app’s content — challenge texts, illustrations, brand — without written permission.

ARDENT works offline for the most part, but some operations need the network. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and the service may change or shut down — with reasonable notice in the latter case.
