Where the app’s data lives
The site host and the data host are not the same, and the difference matters: the pages you are reading are served from the United States, while accounts and progress are stored in the European Union.

Purchases and subscriptions
ARDENT subscriptions are sold and charged by Apple, through the App Store. The sale contract is therefore with Apple, who also handles refunds and cancellation from your Apple account settings.
The subscription terms — duration, price, renewal — are restated on the purchase screen inside the app, and in the terms of use.
Intellectual property
The ARDENT name, the challenge texts, the avatar artwork and the interface belong to Yann William Hostin. No third-party content is used.
Reproduction without permission is prohibited. The progress card the app lets you save is yours: share it freely.

A badly worded or inappropriate challenge, or anything you think should come down: write to contact@getardent.app. Every report is read.
